Orson Woodall is a successful bankruptcy attorney with a unique story. After losing everything in the radio business in the early 1990’s, he went to law school to ensure a stable future for his family. Now, he has devoted his entire practice to helping others who have fallen on hard times. With a background in advertising, Mr. Woodall is a keen marketer, and he knows the value of digital marketing when it’s done right. He was investing a lot of money in digital marketing and PPC advertising, but he didn’t feel like he was getting a great return on his investment. That’s when he contacted Ascend.

The Process

How We Did It

We worked with Mr. Woodall to develop new workflows for prospective clients and existing clients. We also developed educational content to help his visitors understand the process of filing bankruptcy and in which circumstances one should file. Mr. Woodall later hired Elizabeth Jeter, a scheduling coordinator with an intuition for inbound, and we have worked with her to further develop education and resources. Most recently, we developed a client hub to offer resources and answer the most common questions that the firm receives over the phone.

Ascend Inbound is such a help to our firm. Any time we have questions, concerns, requests or ideas they are there to listen. Ascend is very attentive to detail and to our vision. Anne and John are so incredibly patient, and above that, they bring results. We have become significantly more efficient using HubSpot through them.
